ENGLISH 10
~Kazz picked the book he would like to read for English 10.
He began reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
This book will be used to complete the Independent Novel Study (part I) of this years English 10 Assignments:
During the semester Students will choose one novel to read independently and complete a variety of assignments on that novel. The only major requirement is that it is a book that has been made into a movie.
Initial novel assignment
1. Vocabulary Log (quote the page number for each word used) .Choose 15 words that you do not know the meaning of. Record the dictionary definition for each word.
1. Describe an experience you (or someone else you know) had that was like the experience of a character in the book.
1. After completing the book, watch the movie and site at least 5 differences in detail.
PSYCHOLOGY
~ Kazz began watching the DVD by SD: Psychology: The Basics
~ Complete the 6 page Test One packet.
~ He picked Sigmund Freud as the topic of his essay and began researching today.
WORLD HISTORY
~ Kazz began reading the first section of World History. He read the Overview and Basic Concepts.
DRIVERS TRAINING
~ Kazz has been attending Driver's Training since the 24th of July. He attended class from 5:30 - 7:30 today.
